A Peek Into Last Week

We had just a little party for Kierstyn final Sunday. She was most excited in regards to the opening of presents and the wrapping paper.

Champ acquired to come back and he was fairly excited in regards to the presents! Especially this one from Grandma and Grandpa. 🙂

The hit of the get together was this balloon, although!

We acquired an ice cream cake and let Kierstyn have a bit and he or she didn’t fairly know what to do with it! But she ultimately cherished consuming a few of it!

I shared this on Instagram:

Monday’s baseball sport was tough. Silas fumbled a couple of key performs and the opposite group ended up profitable by one run. He’s often all smiles and he lets issues roll off his again… however, this time, as quickly as the sport was over, I noticed tears very uncharacteristically welling up in his eyes. I went over to him and hugged him and he expressed how he felt like he had let his group down and the loss was his fault.

After the post-game assembly along with his group, I appeared and noticed Jesse had pulled him apart and was talking phrases of grace and reality to him. And, as I sat there and watched their change, it was such a fantastic image of what our Heavenly Father thinks of us.

He loves us on the times once we are unbelievable and the times once we fumble, when hit the house run and once we strike out.

His love isn’t based mostly upon our skills or aptitude. His love doesn’t change once we mess up, misstep, or make a mistake.

The extra we are able to see ourselves as God sees us, the much less time we are going to spend beating ourselves up and feeling pissed off over our failures.

“Lord, let me remember and rest in Your love for me today — even during the hard and difficult moments. Thank you for loving me so much more deeply than I deserve. Let my response to your great love for me be one of living my poured out for others and boldly sold out for you. Let me stand in confidence in Your love and approval of me so much so that I don’t seek or long for or need the approval or accolades or praise of others. I am enough in You. Your love is enough for me. Let me live as a loved daughter of the King of kings today — because that’s who I am in You!”

She needed to place some lip gloss on!

Silas and I went to see two of my youth group ladies carry out in Fiddler on the Roof.

These two have the sweetest bond.

As do these two!

Guess what lastly got here out final week? The Love-Centered Parenting audiobook!! It’s accessible for just $9.99 on Christian Audio proper now (and sure, I narrated it!)

On Friday night time and all day Saturday, we had Camp No Boys Allowed with our youth group ladies at church. In addition to nice worship, educating, and small group time, there was loads of time for enjoyable, too!

Like the Silent Disco night time!

And dance events and video games…

And the group competitors (this 12 months’s theme was Decades music. This is Kathrynne’s group (are you able to select which one she is?)
