Mitt Romney Booed During Speech at Utah GOP Convention

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) took the stage on the Utah GOP conference on Saturday, the place he was booed by a number of of these in attendance.

Romney, who served because the Republican nominee for president in 2012 towards former President Barack Obama, has confronted immense backlash and an unsuccessful censure vote by Utah Republicans over his votes to impeach former President Donald Trump. A complete of 711 voted to censure Romney, whereas 798 voted towards the trouble, signaling a transparent divide inside the state Republican Party.
