A handyman accused of fatally capturing a girl who labored in development was later run over by her boyfriend in an alleged act of revenge at a New York City development web site Wednesday, in line with a video.
The video obtained by WABC confirmed Lizbeth Mass, 52, being gunned down on a Bronx sidewalk allegedly by her jealous lover, Jose Everaldo Reyes, throughout her lunch break at a development web site in City Island.
Mass was allegedly shot six instances by Reyes, 66, in broad daylight, CBS New York reported. As Mass’s physique lay lifeless on the sidewalk, Reyes walked again towards his bicycle and positioned his gun into his waistband.
Seconds later, Mass’s boyfriend takes his Hyundai Sonata and rams his automotive into the alleged assassin, sending him and his bicycle flying.
Reyes struggles to get to his toes, holding onto a “Detour” signal for steadiness. But inside seconds, the automotive hits him once more — and not using a driver this time — in reverse.
The video then confirmed the incensed boyfriend push Reyes into the hood of his automobile and punched him repeatedly.
The beating continued for 30 seconds till officers and bystanders flocked to the scene.
Reyes, who stays within the hospital as of Friday evening, faces costs of second-degree homicide, legal use of a firearm, legal possession of a weapon, and manslaughter, the New York Post reported.
The boyfriend was not charged for allegedly attacking Reyes.
