Bruins purchase Taylor Hall in commerce with Sabres

Taylor Hall is the Buffalo Sabres star who’s on the transfer forward of the NHL commerce deadline and never Jack Eichel.

The Boston Bruins acquired the one-time Hart Trophy winner and heart Curtis Lazar for left winger Anders Bjork and a 2021 second-round decide. TSN and ESPN first reported the deal was accomplished Sunday. The groups introduced the deal Monday morning.

Hall joined the Sabres within the offseason and was set to pair with Eichel in hopes the staff would begin to make waves once more within the Eastern Conference. In 37 video games, Hall solely has two targets. He additionally has 17 assists.

He gained the NHL MVP award with the New Jersey Devils through the 2017-18 season. Two years later, he was traded to the Arizona Coyotes because the Devils started their rebuild.

Boston is 21-12-6 this season with 48 factors and fourth within the East Division. Brad Marchand leads Boston with 19 targets and 38 factors. Patrice Bergeron and David Pastrnak have 16 targets every.
