SANTA CLARA, Calif.—Most counties within the San Francisco Bay Area resumed indoor dining beginning March 3 after their virus numbers improved.
Restaurants in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Napa, and Marin counties at the moment are allowed to seat clients inside at 25 % capability or 100 individuals, whichever is fewer. They have transitioned to the Red Tier of the state’s reopening roadmap, which permits indoor eating.

“Maybe like a European feel, of more outdoor life, cafes, and terraces open. So I’m enjoying that,” Folly-Kossi mentioned.
